Service Requests or Complaint Forms

The Highway Department makes every effort to respond to requests within three business days, weather and schedules permitting. In the event of a highway emergency, please  contact the appropriate agency.

Service requests or complaints may be submitted on-line or printed and then faxed or e-mailed.


  • Submit a request on-line by going to: Service Request/Complaint Form
  • If you prefer, you may also print a form to complete off-line: Printable Service Request/Complaint Form, and then e-mail to superintendent@redhookhighway.org or clerk@redhookhighway.org, or fax it to the Highway Department 845-758-4617.
  • Service Requests or concerns may also be reported by calling the Highway Department: 845-758-4615.

Labor Day to Memorial Day

Monday through Friday 7 a.m.-3:30 p.m.

Memorial Day to Labor Day 6 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.
